The Beginning

It started in a home office in Jaipur, with pen, paper, and a genuine belief that students deserved better guidance. Our first hundred students were counselled one conversation at a time.

2004 – 2023

Over nearly two decades, we reached more than 100,000 students through school sessions, classroom programmes, webinars, and one-on-one counselling across cities in Rajasthan — all on the same pen-and-paper model we started with. No shortcuts. Just process.

Our First Centre

We opened a dedicated counselling space in Mansarovar, Jaipur — our first real home. A formal team of five counsellors. The same values, a bigger room.

Going Digital

We launched our proprietary 5-D Psychometric Assessment and took the platform national — reaching 2,500+ students across 14 states in our first year online.
