1. Who we are

"We", "us" and "our" mean SUREPATH EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, operating from S-1, 1st Floor, Sita Ram Vihar, Patrakar Colony, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India 302020, trading as SurePath4Success. "You" and "your" mean any person or organisation using this website or buying from it.

2. What we sell

We provide career guidance: free AI counselling through Clario, paid psychometric assessments, and reports reviewed by human counsellors. Everything is delivered online. Buying an assessment gives one person access to that assessment and the report it produces.

Our assessments are guidance tools, not clinical or diagnostic instruments. A report describes patterns in how you answered and what those patterns usually suggest. It is one input into a decision that belongs to you and your family — it is not a prediction, not a guarantee of any outcome, and not medical or psychiatric advice. If you are in distress, please speak to a qualified professional.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your login. Give us accurate details when you register — a report built on the wrong class or age is worth nothing to you. Please do not share an account: assessments are individual, and two people answering as one produces a meaningless result.

4. Changes to content

We may change what is on this website without notice, including prices, assessments and this page. A change in price never affects something you have already paid for.

5. Accuracy and disclaimer

We give no assurance that everything on this website is accurate, complete, current or suited to your particular purpose. Information about colleges, exams, cut-offs and careers changes constantly and we may not have caught up. Verify anything you are about to act on against the official source. So far as the law allows we exclude liability for errors of that kind, and you use the information at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

The design, layout, appearance, graphics, question banks and report content on this website belong to us or are licensed to us. Reproducing them breaches copyright. Trademarks that are not ours are acknowledged as belonging to their owners. Unauthorised use of material provided by us may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.

Your own report is yours. Share it with your family, your school or a counsellor as you wish.

7. Fair use

Clario is free and we would like to keep it that way, so please do not script it, resell access to it, or use it to generate content in bulk. Automated use is rate limited, and an account that abuses the service may be suspended.

8. Links to other sites

We link to other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. Linking to this website from elsewhere requires our prior written consent.

9. Payments

Payments are handled by our payment gateway; we never see or store your full card details. We are not liable where a transaction fails or is declined by your bank, including where a card limit agreed between you and your bank has been exceeded. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund policy.

10. Governing law

Any dispute arising from your use of this website, or from a purchase or engagement with us, is governed by Indian law and subject to the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
