This policy sets out how SUREPATH EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED uses and protects the information you give us when you use SurePath4Success. We are committed to protecting your privacy: where we ask for information that identifies you, it will only be used as described here. We may update this page from time to time, so please check it occasionally.

What we collect

• Who you are — name, email address, phone number.
• Your situation — class or year, school or college, city, board, and the goals you tell us about, so that guidance is relevant rather than generic.
• Your assessment answers and scores, and the reports produced from them.
• Your conversations with Clario, so the counselling can follow a thread and a counsellor can pick up where the AI left off.
• Anything you upload, such as a marksheet you ask us to read.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the service working and secure.

Assessment answers deserve extra care

Psychometric answers are personal in a way an email address is not. They are used to produce your report and to let a counsellor advise you properly. They are not sold, not shared with colleges or employers, and not used to advertise to you. Where we describe how our assessments perform overall, we use aggregated figures that identify nobody.

Why we use it

• To produce your report and provide counselling.
• Internal record keeping.
• To improve our assessments and our service.
• To contact you about your report, your test or your enquiry.
• To send you occasional information about what we offer — only if you have opted in, and you can stop it at any time.

If you are under 18

Many of the students we work with are minors. We ask that a parent or guardian is involved in the purchase and in reading the report. A parent or guardian may ask us for a copy of their child's data, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details below.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the service — our payment gateway, our email provider, our hosting provider, and the AI provider that powers Clario — and only so far as each needs it to do its part. We also share information where the law requires it.

Security

We use suitable physical, electronic and managerial measures to prevent unauthorised access to or disclosure of the information we collect. No system is perfect, but credentials and payment details are never stored in plain text.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to understand which pages are useful through traffic analytics. Analytics data is used statistically and tells us nothing about you personally. Most browsers accept cookies automatically; you can set yours to decline them, though parts of the site may then not work.

Your choices

• Marketing — every promotional email carries an unsubscribe link, and you may write to us at any time to opt out.
• Correction — tell us and we will fix anything we hold that is wrong.
• A copy of your data — ask, and we will send you what we hold.
• Deletion — email us and we will delete your personal information, subject to records the law requires us to keep. Deleting your data also removes your reports, so download anything you want to keep first.
