Shipping & Delivery
The fine print, kept honest â like everything else we do.

Everything we sell is delivered online. There is nothing to post, so there are no shipping charges, no courier and no parcel to wait for. This page explains how and when what you paid for actually reaches you.
Assessments â immediately
The moment your payment is confirmed the test appears in your student dashboard and you can begin. If it has not appeared within a few minutes, sign out and back in; if it is still missing, contact us and we will either release it or refund you.
Reports â within 3 working days
Scoring is instant, but a counsellor reads every report and adds their own notes before you see it, which is what makes it worth reading. That review normally takes one to three working days from when you submit the test. A longer assessment at a busy time of year can take a little more; if it is going to, we will tell you rather than leave you refreshing the page.
You are emailed when the report is released, and it stays in your dashboard to read or download as a PDF whenever you want.
Counselling sessions â at the time you book
Sessions run online or at our Jaipur office, in the slot you choose. Joining details are emailed once the booking is confirmed.
Where we deliver
Anywhere with an internet connection, in India or outside it. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
Confirmations
Delivery is confirmed to the email address you registered with, so please keep it accurate and check your spam folder. You will hear from us when payment is received, when access is granted, and when your report is ready.
Something has not arrived
If access or a report has not reached you within the times above, contact us using the details below. We will trace it and either deliver it or refund you under the Cancellation & Refund policy.
