Cancellation & Refund
The fine print, kept honest â like everything else we do.

Short version: if you have not started the test, you get all of your money back. Once you have started it you have seen the questions, so we cannot refund it. The detail is below.
Before you start the test â full refund
Bought the wrong assessment, changed your mind, or had a counsellor tell you that you did not need it? Email us before you open the test and we will refund the full amount. No reason required.
After you start the test â no refund
An assessment is delivered the moment you can see it. Once the questions have been opened the product has been used and cannot be returned, so no refund is available from that point, including after the report is generated.
When we refund anyway
- You were charged twice for the same assessment â we refund the duplicate.
- Money left your account but access never appeared â we either fix the access or refund it, whichever you prefer.
- The test would not run because of a fault on our side that we could not resolve.
- Your report never arrived â if we cannot deliver the report you paid for, you get your money back.
If the report is not what you hoped for
A report that says something uncomfortable is not a faulty report â sometimes the honest answer is not the expected one. But if you think we have got it wrong, tell us. A counsellor will go through it with you at no charge, and if we find a genuine error in the scoring we will re-run it or refund it.
Counselling sessions
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before a booked session and it is fully refundable or moveable. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not attend, the session is charged â the counsellor held that time for you. If we have to cancel, you choose between a new slot and a full refund.
How to ask
Email us from the address on your account with your order number and what happened. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within five to seven working days, depending on your bank.
