We tell you what we can influence, and what we can't. Admissions aren't guaranteed. Careers aren't magic. We don't oversell.

Parents are partners.

We will listen before we speak. Every counsellor session starts with 10 minutes of you talking and us listening — because your context matters more than our templates.

We will tell you when you don't need us. If the free Clario chat is enough, we'll say so. If another counsellor would fit better, we'll refer you.

We will never use fear to sell. No "your child will be left behind if you don't buy this". No false urgency. Ever.

We will protect your data. Test results, report contents, session notes — none of it is shared with anyone outside our counsellor team without your explicit written consent.

We will refund if we can't add value. A no-questions-asked refund policy within 7 days of any paid service. Because we only want to keep money we've actually earned.
